Albacore Tuna Loin

Cutting

Loin Processing starts from cutting the fish.
This looks easy, but our skillful and experienced technicians always do this.
This process has to be right in order to make good loins.
Grinding

Guts and skin are grounded off.
Scraping

Grinding dust will be scraped and alcohol spray will be put into the tuna.

Vacuum Pack

Seal the freshness by vacuum packing.
It prevents oil oxidation.
Boxing

Boxing with a carton box.
